The Dirty Dogs Contest is Awarding a $10,000 Grand Prize!
Wahl Pets, The Animal Rescue Site, and Greater Good Charities are teaming up again to award three outstanding shelters or rescue groups cash grants. It’s all in an effort to demonstrate how grooming can help pets get adopted.
We believe that grooming truly makes a difference when it comes to increasing the adoptability of pets, and we want to reward groups who are doing it well. Just submit a BEFORE photo of a dirty, adoptable or adopted dog, and an AFTER photo showing how you used grooming to transform the dog's appearance. We also ask you to provide a short story about the dog’s journey.
We’ll select 10 finalists, and then public votes will determine the top three winners. The shelters or rescue groups affiliated with these dogs will receive cash grants to further support their efforts.
First place takes home $10,000, second place receives $3,000 and third place earns $2,000.

The Western Arizona Humane Society have 2 sweet fur-babies named Brixy & Odin that are on a special diet called Purina Pro plan Veterinary HA Hydrolyzed dry and canned food, that is by vet prescription. We need your help please by donating money to help care for these very sweet babies. The Western Arizona Humane Society Cats and Kittens need Cat & Kitten chow dry. Our dogs need canned food, dog Dry food ,dog treats and blanket. We need pill pockets badly. We are having one of our busiest times taking in strays and surrenders .
