Meet our Doctor's

Dr. Rayeann Solano

The Western Arizona Humane Society is very happy to announce that Dr. Rayeann Solano will be joining our Veterinary Clinic on the 3rd August 2020.  Dr. Ray was raised in Parker, AZ, where she graduated from Parker High School then pursued a degree in Animal Science at the University of Arizona.  Following her undergraduate studies, she attend Midwestern University to receive her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.  Dr Ray has been practicing large and small animal medicine at Circle H Veterinary hospital in Blythe, CA and also volunteering her time at the La Paz Animal Shelter. Her interests include, Emergency Medicine, Soft Tissue surgery and advocating for the importance of Preventive Health.  She is currently licensed in Arizona and California.  Growing up in a small community in AZ, Dr Ray is passionate about playing an important role in the Lake Havasu community, where she wants to make a difference in not only The Western Arizona Humane Society Veterinary Clinic, but also the health and care of our shelter animals.  She is very excited to meet all her new clients, their furry family members and our shelter guests.  When Dr Ray is not working, you can find her spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, traveling and spoiling her beloved 14 year old Corgi named Copper.
