The Big Fix-Snip
Spay / Neuter Incentive Program
The Western Arizona Humane Society is offering low-cost, affordable spay/neuter to pet owners due to the very generous cooperation of the veterinary community, private donations, fundraising efforts, and a grant from the Companion Animal Spay/Neuter Pet Friendly License Plate Committee. This commitment allows us to subsidize the true, higher cost of spay/neuter procedures. Our goal is to prevent unwanted litters that end up in shelters.
Income Eligibility: In order to serve as many clients as possible, this program is designed for those in need of affordable spay/neuter options for their pets. The program parameters require that your income does not exceed $35,000 annually. To qualify for services, clients must bring Arizona issued identification, proof of income or participation in one of the following needs based public assistance programs.
Disability Medicare Social Security Unemployment AHCCCS Food Stamp Program
If you do not qualify for the above SNIP program, we ask you to visit one of our friendly local Veterinarian Centers. Below is a list of Veterinarians. We encourage you to call and schedule an appointment for your Spay / Neuter needs.
